Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

How to request a lyv refund or cancellation, and how buyer returns and mandatory consumer remedies are handled.

1. Current availability

Subscription billing and checkout are not enabled in this version. Proposed Pro prices do not authorize a charge. If someone asks for money claiming to be lyv, verify the request with support@lyv.ph before paying.

2. lyv subscription refunds

If lyv sells Pro under its advertised 30-day refund guarantee, request a refund within 30 calendar days of the relevant charge and that charge will be refunded in full. This voluntary guarantee supplements legal remedies; it does not limit remedies for defective service, unauthorized or duplicate charges, or other legal grounds.

Email support@lyv.ph with the account or business name, charge date, amount and transaction reference. A reason is optional for the guarantee. Do not send a PIN, OTP, full card number or unredacted bank statement. We verify the charge, explain the decision and arrange an approved refund through the original payment method where possible. Before billing launches, the checkout must disclose the actual refund processing period and any payment-provider delay.

3. Cancellation and renewal

Ask support to cancel a paid subscription or prevent renewal. There is currently no subscription cancellation button in Settings. Future renewal billing requires prior disclosure and affirmative authorization; cancellation must be accessible and confirmed in writing. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not itself erase business records. The refund guarantee and mandatory remedies apply separately.

4. Purchases from a seller

A product claim or payment request generated by lyv concerns a purchase from the identified seller. Contact that seller through the original Facebook Page for delivery, cancellation, return, warranty or payment questions. lyv cannot reverse a GCash, Maya or bank transfer made to the seller, but can assist with service-related records and route a complaint.

For defective goods, goods that do not conform to an applicable warranty, or other grounds recognized by Philippine law, repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedies remain available. Blanket “no return, no exchange” statements cannot override those rights. A change of mind alone does not generally create an automatic statutory refund entitlement; a seller may offer a more generous policy.

This page does not substitute for each seller’s own disclosures on delivery, returns, warranties, charges and refund arrangements. Sellers must disclose them before payment. A voluntary deadline, missing packaging condition or seller policy must not defeat a mandatory remedy.

5. Complaints and escalation

See Complaints and Consumer Assistance. You may seek help from DTI Consumer Care or a competent court. Nothing requires giving up those rights or waiting for an internal review beyond a legally applicable period.
