Cookie Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

The cookies, browser storage and third-party requests used by lyv, and how to control them.

1. Necessary storage

The seller app uses lyv_access and lyv_refresh cookies to hold authentication tokens. Temporary session storage records Facebook sign-in state and a safe return path. These support account access and security, rather than advertising.

The marketing site does not currently add analytics or advertising cookies. The seller app’s cookie expiry follows its authentication configuration; sign-out clears its login cookies. Browser session storage usually lasts for the tab session and is cleared by the sign-in flow as applicable.

2. Third-party services

Facebook sign-in takes you to Meta, which operates its own cookies and policies. Product images or seller-supplied proof URLs may load from external hosts and expose connection information to those hosts. Do not supply tracking links. The marketing site uses a system font stack, so it does not request Google Fonts.

3. Your choices

You can clear cookies and site storage in browser settings, sign out, and remove lyv from Facebook’s app settings. Blocking necessary cookies or session storage can prevent sign-in. Clearing browser storage does not delete server records; use our data deletion process.

4. Additional tracking

Before introducing optional analytics, advertising pixels or marketing storage, the operator must assess the lawful basis, update the notice and provide any required consent and withdrawal controls. Optional tracking must not run before required permission is obtained. No optional-tracking consent is requested in this version because those tools are not included.
