Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful products and claims

Do not use lyv for fraud, counterfeit or stolen goods, exploitation, illegal drugs, prohibited weapons, infringement or other unlawful trade. Regulated products require applicable permits, authorizations, labeling and age restrictions. Follow applicable Philippine law and Meta’s rules. Do not claim regulatory approval or guaranteed results without evidence.

2. Fair treatment of buyers

Describe products and total charges accurately. Honor agreed fulfillment and mandatory consumer remedies. Keep block/allow lists private, relevant and factually supported. Provide review when a buyer disputes an entry. Do not publish a person’s name, contact details, payment proof or accusations to shame them, or share blacklists across sellers.

List rules are assistance for order handling; they are not verified fraud findings, credit assessments or permission to discriminate unlawfully. Do not collect sensitive characteristics or alleged offense histories as list reasons without a separately established lawful basis.

3. Data and communications

Provide a buyer notice before processing claims. Use information only for lawful, disclosed purposes. Do not upload unnecessary IDs, secrets or unrelated sensitive information. Send payment-request links privately. No spam, unauthorized scraping, impersonation, harassment or unsolicited bulk messaging is allowed.

4. Protect the service

Do not access another account, bypass access controls, exploit invoice links, distribute malware or overload the service. If you discover a vulnerability, email support@lyv.ph with a minimal description; do not expose another person’s records or continue probing without permission.

5. Reports and review

Report misuse through our complaint process, identifying the Page or account and the relevant conduct. Provide only necessary evidence. We may preserve restricted evidence and suspend unsafe activity while reviewing. Where lawful and safe, we give the account holder notice and an opportunity to respond. Requests for review go to support@lyv.ph.

These rules do not limit reporting to government authorities, privacy rights or remedies under Philippine law.
